Dune Vaults Co. was founded in 2023 as an innovation-driven digital infrastructure service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
With a team of industry-leading experts, we aim to Develop, Operate, and Maintain multiple data centers with a combined capacity of 1,000 MW+ by 2030.

Our mission extends beyond project development, as we aim to enhance the data center value chain by sourcing local materials and investing in broader digital infrastructure, such as connectivity and cable projects. By engaging with the KSA corporate sector, we’ll drive demand for digitization, attract hyperscalers, and boost foreign direct investment (FDI) into the Kingdom.
With AI fueling data center growth, Dune Vaults is on track to develop 1,000 MW of capacity by 2030, supporting KSA’s Personal Data Protection Law and National Data Management Regulations while ensuring top-tier security, reliability, and efficiency.

Dune Vaults technical team brings expertise in the design, construction, engineering, and management of Tier III Datacenter centers with a track record of executing hyper-scaler requirements, and navigating complex market, regulatory, and technical challenges.

Our Finance team has the proven ability to source and transact on varied real estate transactions in competitive, supply-constrained markets. They have a background in managing multi-billion dollar proprietary capital across public equity, private equity, and real estate for some of the largest family offices in Saudi Arabia.
